Privacy Policy

Short version: we don’t sell, share, or advertise. We don’t run analytics or tracking pixels. The only data we touch is what you actively give us, and we use it only for the thing you’re doing.

What We Don’t Do

  • No Google Analytics, Meta pixel, or third-party trackers
  • No advertising and no ad networks
  • No selling or sharing of your data with anyone
  • No marketing email list
  • No account system that stores personal information

What Happens Anyway

Server Logs

Our hosting provider records standard web server logs (IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, timestamp). These exist for security, uptime, and abuse troubleshooting. We do not use them for advertising or analytics. Logs are rotated by the host on a normal schedule.

Cookies

If you log into the WordPress admin, WordPress sets a session cookie so it remembers you. That’s it. We do not set marketing, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies.

Wallet Connections (The Tower)

When you connect a Cardano wallet to The Tower, the page reads your public wallet address in your browser so it can show your holdings and let you sign in-game messages. We do not store your seed phrase, private keys, or raw wallet bytes. To keep you signed in across pages, we create a WordPress user account linked to your wallet via an opaque session identifier (we may also store a guild ID and an optional in-game username you provide). Sign out at any time to end the session.

On-Chain Activity

If you mint, stake, or transact on the Cardano blockchain through this site, those transactions are public by design and recorded on-chain. We do not control that data. Anyone can read the Cardano ledger.

Contact Form / Email

If you message us through the contact form or email info@knightsguild.co, we receive your name, email address, and your message. We use it only to reply. We do not add you to any list.

Third-Party Platforms

We link to external services such as WayUp Marketplace, JPG Store, Discord, X (Twitter), Infinity Rising, and Ada Anvil tools. Once you visit those sites or apps, their privacy policies apply, not ours.

Children

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we ever change how the site handles your information, we will update this page and bump the date below. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated policy.
